WITH AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
Within 03 days of purchase of an item from EL DESEO store, EL DESEO will exchange an item, issue a refund in the original form and amount of payment or issue a products credit in an amount equal to the original amount of payment if the item is returned in its original condition, with tags attached, with an original receipt, to a EL DESEO store only.
WITH A GIFT RECEIPT:
Within 03 days of purchase of an item from EL DESEO store, EL DESEO will exchange an item or issue a products credit in an amount equal to the original amount of payment if the item is returned in its original condition, with tags attached, with a gift receipt, to a EL DESEO store only.
Exception: All sales of discounted products in Outlet store(s) are final. Additionally, discounted products purchased in Outlets cannot be returned. Discounted products purchased in Outlet store(s) can be identified by an original receipt and on the tag of the item.
OTHER RETAIL AND ONLINE LOCATIONS:
Products purchased at other retail and online locations (i.e. purchased somewhere other than an EL DESEO store or on the EL DESEO website) can only be refunded or exchanged at the retailer of original purchase, consistent with that retailer’s return policies.
Without a receipt EL DESEO will evaluate case by case to accept or reject for exchange products or issue a products credit based on the lowest selling price of the returned products – factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.
- You will be limited to 500 Pak Rupees in non-receipted returns within a 03 day period (this does not include defective products). The payment and return policy posted at the time of your return will apply.
- Commonly recognized, current products to assure the match of returning item, will be required for non-receipted returns and exchanges. EL DESEO scans or collects information from your ID solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse. EL DESEO will not sell the information obtained through this process.
Any items purchased online and or from EL DESEO store(s) may be returned, based on its careful evaluation for any quality impairment, shipping, handling and packing damages by EL DESEO.
Items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. Price tags are not always included with an online purchase and are not required. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Additionally, any item / product found with any impairment by customer is not refundable, not exchangeable and not returnable.

Store Purchase Returns:
ANY item(s) purchased may be exchanged or returned, including Sale & Clearance products and items received as gifts.
Store products can only be returned or exchanged in a EL DESEO Store located in the same location where purchased.
We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed (where applicable). We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on store purchases by mail. Items with tags stating “Required for Return” cannot be returned or exchanged once tag is removed.

Online Purchased Items / Products Return:
- Can I return my online purchase in an EL DESEO store?
Of course, simply bring the item(s) and order invoice to an EL DESEO store. If don’t have your invoice? You can print or show your Order or Shipment Confirmation Email.
- How will I be refunded for my return?
Within 90 Days of Purchase:
Products may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned products. Refunds for returns made in-store typically start process back to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. If the store associate is not provided or able to locate proof of purchase and / or your order number contains all numbers and no letters the store will need to send your return back to the distribution center on your behalf. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. This refund may also be coordinated by contacting EL DESEO to evaluate and coordinate other means of refund transfer for accepted cases of return (In Pakistan a few examples are, easy paisa, jazzcash, WU, Bank to Bank, etc).
Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.

Any product / item purchased via online / website and or from EL DESEO store(s) will not be returned if found impaired by any means and or used.
Due to intimate nature, panties, swimwear, lingerie accessories, masks and similar wears cannot be returned. Please do contact us if you have size related queries before placing the order.
All orders are shipped from our own or formally engaged third-party warehouse. Our endeavor is to deliver the order within a reasonable period varying from 1-7 days from receipt of order and completion of successful payment, and confirmation for COD orders.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies usually between 11:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday.
Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders above Rs.10,000.
Order received needs to be acknowledged upon delivery at the given address. We take no responsibility for the acknowledgment given by any alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address mentioned while placing the order.
Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder / buyer, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. In case of any issue in the delivery address, please get in touch with our customer care team.
We are not responsible for damage of products once the products have been delivered. All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within a day of delivery through the contact us page on EL DESEO website.
